Reservation modification and cancellation policy :

• For a reservation modification (change of date and/or change of land), a fee of $10 + taxes will apply. No date change will be made 10 days or less before your stay at the campsite.

​

• Reservation fees are non-refundable, among other things, for reasons of bad weather conditions if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before your stay at the campsite.

​

• A cancellation is possible for a fee of 25% of the rental cost before taxes and discounts if it is made 14 days or more before your date of stay at the campsite. Taxes (GST + QST) will be added to this fee. The booking fee will therefore be refunded in full.

• In the event that a promotional code was not entered when booking, the equivalent amount of the promotion will not be refunded.  Please enter the promotional code when booking at intended place.
